My role will be changing

I saw in a calendar of the head of our department that there is a calendar name with my name saying I will have a role change.

For quite some time I have been overloaded with work and previous management did not resolve the issues. I have spoken to new management about it in 1-1’s and gave feedback on staff surveys.

I am getting anxiety now as if I get anymore work given to me I think I will need to leave as there is only so much I can take.

I know my other team mates and manager have all had job title name changes so this could be to do with it.

What does this mean - a calendar name with my name saying I will have a role change?

Do you mean you saw something on their calendar?
