Tools to get over imposter syndrome/low self esteem?

Im shy, my self esteem has only recently improved a tiny bit from full on self hate/imposter syndrome, I have ADHD and autism. I still struggle with accepting a compliment or praise: I assume the person is being kind out of pity.

Recently I've been working very hard on my career, I've had a good mentor, and a good amount of luck. this has come after a decade of no progress and a toxic environment. The work has paid of, and one of my suggestions looks like is going to turn into a year long project. I was hoping I could hide behind my mentor, but they've kindly told me that I need to step into the limelight. The project will involve lots of high level meetings, presentations, and hosting networking events. I'm petrified and very intimidated by the idea of interacting as an equal with people in such high positions.

Anywayssssssss I cant let this opportunity pass. Any advice please? I'm thinking of public speaking courses, a stylist/or a good YouTube session to learn how to dress for meetings/work. What else?
