Hello all. I’m after a little advice. I’m applying for a job where the training will be given. I meet the essential criteria but not the desired, which is basically knowing how to do the job.
I have now arrived at a screen that details the desired criteria and asks if I meet it. Now I’ve had this before. Last time I said no, as the training would be given and it dropped my application.
So, do I say yes or no?
