I'm considering starting up my own cleaning as a sole trader. My current job involves going to elderly people and mainly cleaning for them. The reason I want to fo my own thing - I'm cleaning so why not do it myself (researched what I need to do ie taxes, advertising etc). Cleaning on my terms will mean I can choose my hours and have reasonable breaks - my company tries to squeeze in as many customers a day and it's exhausting. I usually don't eat or go to the loo until I get home.

The holdback (apart from nerves at starting up myself but I'm equally excited) guilt of leaving my clients. I do suffer from an overwhelming responsibility of others. Am I being ridiculous? I need to make a decision😬
