Can some advise if they know pls

Work for a local council who is about to lunch a car scheme to be deducted from one's salary
I am on low wage and I don't have a full driving licence
I am wondering if I can get a car on the scheme because my partner drives (he drive me to work and picks me up) . Will getting a car and n this scheme on a provisional license be a problem?

I found this online which would suggest you are not eligible

  • You must have had a full driving licence for more than six months with no more than six current endorsement points for all vehicle drivers.
But then a different provider had this Can I take a car for anyone else? Yes, you can take a car for yourself or another member of your household as long as they too have a full valid driving licence and meet the insurance criteria previously outlined. 🤦‍♀️ So I think the answer may depend on which provider you go with!

Apart from needing to be a driver, you also need to meet minimum income requirements to qualify as the payments cannot reduce your income below a certain level.
