I’m so fed up can anyone with more experience than me advise?
I approach a manager of another team I work with frequently for advice how to manage a conflicting situation and there doesn’t seem to be a clear direction from higher up what to do in this situation. They advise me to make the decision myself based on a Google search. I don’t feel comfortable with that and it doesn’t resolve the conflict in the policy.
i can’t even explain it properly sorry, is it wrong to go back and push for management decision? Does it make me look flaky?
