I've been offered a role at the Home Office as Decision Maker in Newcastle upon tyne. I was wondering how stressful is this role? Lots of people online seem to advice that it has a high number of people leaving the role within 12 months due to unrealistic targets and stress from the job. Was hoping for someone with more insight particularly for the Newcastle site.
