NHS band 4 interview

Hi moms I had an interview for NHS band 4 position and I was not successful now I have another one coming up in a week. They asked me about pathways for New comers? I could not find the answer for this. I am worried they will ask this again. A prioritization scenario where a consultant calls in sick, a room not available for a clinic, 1 to t with line manager and a tracking meeting

I would think about the 4 issues and then state how you would prioritise sorting them out. Eg what is the impact of the consultant being off sick? Does appts need to be cancelled/rearranged? No room for clinic- when is the clinic? (Hopefully it is the consultants clinic so two birds, one stone!) if not, does the finding of a room/ cancellation of appts for this clinic take priority. As a band 4, is there anything that can be delegated to a colleague/ band 3? can the 1:1 be rearranged for another day (clinical tends to take precedence in my opinion)

good luck with the interview 😊
