My boss had said to me today that I’m very much a part of the team but he then did say ‘do you feel a part of the team?’ I guess I am just very reserved and don’t get involved much with colleagues other than in work. I have trust issues due to previous friendships with work colleagues and in personal friendships. I find it very hard to trust people. I’m only new in the job and I feel very guarded and holding at arms length. His question made me think do I come across stand offish
