5.5% NHS Salary increment

The government recently, agreed to increase NHS salary by 5.5% when the new government came in, but when I look at NHS jobs banding on the jobs advertised, the rates are still showing the old banding rate. For example, the bottom of Band 6 used to be £35k, but with the new banding, it should be at least £37k. I'm just wondering if this does not apply to all NHS trusts. And if yes, has everyone who works for the NHS received their 5.5% salary increase?

its not being implemented until October, so they can only advertise current pay. When October comes the pay slip and everything rise will transfer to new pay scales
