My boss is pretty naff. Lazy tries to dodge any work that comes his way. A while back his manager came admins spoke to me and my other colleague about any issues we were having. At that point he wasn't working.
It's quite clear he is being micromanaged but now he's taking it out on me. He moans he doesn't have the enough staff on his team but now he is taking over my work. Undermining me. I've been working on a project and today I found out he has arranged a meeting with department. Behind my back. I work in safety. I investigated an accident spoke with staff etc and he went over a day later and did the same thing.
Today I said how come u are dealing with this I was working on it. He made some excuse and then changed the subject and started being overly nice to me. I was so angry I said I'm leaving for the day (due to leave 5 mins and way) and I left. He must of known I was hurt.
Tomorrow I am going to ask for a 1 to 1.
How do I question him on all the shitty things he's doing. The examples I've given u as a tiny amount. He talks over me in every meeting, wants to work together on my work but keeps other projects out of my way.
I broke down in the car on the way home. I plan on looking for a new job.
