I’m 38 & For 9 years I worked in education, 8 of those years were spent in a special school working with vulnerable children and sen children who could not be in a mainstream school, it was challenging I loved my job but it took its toll! I left and went to work in a primary school and enjoyed that too. Both my children are in their teens I have a 18 year old & a 13 year old and pretty much worked in education around the my children, but I am actually very good at what I can do in a school with the children and staff.

I left the school and I set up as a cleaner & built my brand and quickly became fully booked with some lovely clients, I have been doing this for 6 months and do enjoy it and make a decent wage for the hours I do but it’s can be very repetitive every day and I’m wondering what I can do next? As I am finding myself bored, have thought about building up the cleaning business but from the groups I am part of a lot of businesses seem to be struggling with staff etc and have gone back to being solo as the stress is not worth it!

im 38 so i am wondering what i can retrain in or any suggestions to make a good salary or similar story’s?

Thanks
