Anyone else struggling to stay awake and focus at work?

I’m so lucky I WFH, the pay is ok and my colleagues are nice….but the job itself does not interest or motivate me. I’ve been hunting for something else, and there’s nothing much about at the moment.

I’m yawning my head off and struggling to get through the afternoons. Is this a menopause thing or just a boring job thing? The last job I had that I actually enjoyed and felt engaged with was before covid hit.

How long have you felt like this?

I can’t exactly remember, at least four months on and off during this job and quite a lot of the 8 months during my previous job.

I have more energy on the days I don’t work, but feel like I’m at 40% capacity compared to what I used to get done in a day years ago.

Yes me definitely, even if I had a good night's sleep. Perimenopausal and 54. Trying to up my water consumption to see if that helps.
