I'm wondering if anyone can help. I've been working in an NHS Trust since Jan 2023, and left at the end of August this year. I have since started in a new role, in a new Trust, this week (with a two week gap between posts).
It might be a long shot, but wondered if anyone knew whether I'd be able to get the back payment for money that should have been earned from April 1st this year, to end of August, once the pay increase and back payments are awarded in October. I have kept all payslips etc. If so, who would I explore this with - my previous trust or my current one?
