I have an interview in the next 2 weeks for a job I really want BUT I feel completely out of my depth with the interview. It’s an internal (much more senior) role and a move into a different team. I think it’s a long shot but I want to give it my best.
Would an interview coach help or do they need to know the role and sector in detail? Is there any way to find an interview coach quickly? (And if so how/ where?!)
I’ve got to the final stage for 3 other senior roles in the last year and then messed up the final interviews, so my confidence is dented.
