I feel so isolated at work. As people work from home it is hard to get to know people as you see different people each time in the office. For some reason the people who started before lockdown are suspicious of new staff and have cliques whereas new staff are more friendly and welcoming.
The manager is incompetent and ignores most of his emails which he is supposed to action his part of the task otherwise we can’t move forward with customer enquiries.
2 members of staff left recently and the manger refused to get temps in burdening us for a month already with extra work. Recruitment starts soon so it will be early November the permanent staff arrive.
My colleagues who left were nice and one in particular was always supportive with my workload though they did not have to help so now I have no support. I have seen so many friendly and hard working staff leave and it gets harder each time.
