Can't believe they not giving us much notice to do this. Some colleagues have been told their days off will be different. This is utterly ridiculous as many colleagues have plans on their days off or have certain days of the week off to look after DC or DGC, One colleague shares care duties with a sibling dealing with their elderly mother. Did try put in her a care home and it caused so many problems.
Then work does not pay for situations such as dental work - unless its done under general anaesthetic and may have booked this 2 months previously.
I have anxiety so not being told what days and hours (they will be later in the day) is freaking me out.
They should have given us at least a month's notice
