I was wondering if anyone has had anything to do with a working parents group at work?
I work in a corporate environment in a fast growing start up (currently 70 employees and growing)
The team is a mix of remote and office based.
I have noticed that its hard to find out who the parents are within the wider team (ive only worked for the organisation for 3 months and still finding people)
I was thinking of setting up a meeting every couple of months to talk all things parenting in and out of the work place, support with leave, changes in government policy's etc.
Do you feel there would be value and space for this within the workplace?
