We had old school management till last year and due to which there are numerous staff members who were not promoted in time. With the reorganisation I was able to get promoted 16months ago. My manager knows that I'm able to perform well on the next level. How do I ask him for promotion in 16months. If the promotion comes through it will be another 3-6 months but I would like to demonstrate towards that. Any thoughts??
