So a bit of background, I have an educational background in psychology/organisational psychology and I've spent the last 12 years working within a careers team in Higher Education.
I have completely hit a ceiling in my current role and I'm now thinking about my next steps.
I've had a look at other careers related roles within Higher Education, but aside from that I'm unsure of what other options I have? I would love a role within the civil service however, I'm always unsure of what role to go for as the job titles seem so different to what I'm currently doing.
I would love some advice, if anyone has ideas about companies or jobs for me to apply for.
