My team have been waiting for a pay rise since June of 2023. We were awarded a regrading in June 2024 and are awaiting the agreed salary raise. This has been delayed by finance x4. It has been agreed the meeting will be held October 2024, however I am moving to another team (promotion) under the same manager and in the same office end of this month. There is talk that this will be backdated to April 2024 or at least June 2024. Am I entitled to collect back pay from my employer?
