Flexible working

If the gov and ACAS website both list working from home as a flexible working example that can be requested but your organisation has it not listed in their flexible working policy, but in a separate WFH policy which doesn't state how it can be requested, where do you stand?

Not actually for me, I WFH. For a relative.

You just request it as you would for any other form of flexible working. Whatever it sats in their policy, the law over-rules that.
