Maternity pay

I started a new job with a charity 8 months ago. Was trying to find in T&C’s if we get occupational maternity pay on top of stat. The only thing that said it was based on our T&C’s and we would have to pay it back if we didn’t return to work within 3 months. When I go off on maternity leave i will be there over a year. Wondering would I get the occupational pay or would it sound like I would? It wasn’t very clear
