No Response all summer

So I've taken 4 weeks off Parental leave to look after little one.

During time off, our wfh days have changed and they've not aligned with childcare Ive had in place to accommodate one member of the team. Half way through the month I sent an email stating that, and now due back to work on Monday (tomorrow) and will resume my old schedule of wfh days as I cant change wrap around days.

Ive had no response from HR or team manager about it. I sent two emails.

Is that a call for concern? They'll all be in the office tomorrow and I'll be wfh after a month parental leave.

Yes, it does sound concerning.

I'd contact your line manager first thing in the morning.

Did work specifically contact you and state that your wfh days changed? If not just continue as usual. If so then tell them you need to discuss

Update: started this morning from home and all seems well. There is another member of the team who also has to wfh on a Monday. The only strange part was my manager asked in a very stern manner if I'll be in the office tomorrow which of course I will be.
