Hello all, I am going to get ideas and advice here
I know most of these info/questions asked can be found online but I am looking for peoples opinions and experiences and recommendations please
Partner is got arthritis but we both think he can do construction work using excavators only (construction industry does not really stand out as a field side someone with bad arthritis but he can drive automatic cars and love to control machineries and hands on jobs)
Where is the best place to do the training pls
How long is the training?
Is the pay good for the job?
Is it possible to find companies that pay for one to have the training and qualifications?
I am open to hear about any other roles in the construction industry that might be suitable for him that does not require standing for long.
