Applied for job in May. Heard I had an interview at the beginning of July, offered post on 12th July. Conditional contract end of July (conditional on the most ridiculous of things a certificate for a course that has been exceeded many times over by other qualifications and years of experience). They requested this three times despite me having responded with evidence immediately.
I replied with all requests within an hour, still don't have a final offer letter, although my start date has been confirmed and I've been introduced to the team. It's giving me huge anxiety. I have no idea why. What is wrong with these people. This is a huge promotion for me and I keep worrying that they might change their minds!!
