NHS admin interview task

Hi, hoping someone might be able to help. I have an interview for a band 4 NHS administrator job coming up and have been told there will be a 20 minute I.T task to complete. Does anyone one know what this might involve or has had to do something similar. Thanks

It's likely to be something related to the job, NHS Band 4 jobs can vary hugely so scour the advert, job description and person spec for clues but at a guess it will be something like:

-Inputting some data into their database/management system
-Using their database/management system to look up information/answer queries or run a report
-Using an excel spreadsheet for some basic tasks (move information from one area to another, add columns/rows and input correctly, filter/search, look for and correct formula errors, maybe make a pivot table or chart)
-Proof read and format a word doc or powerpoint
-Email inbox management task
-Listen to a short recording of a meeting and take minutes

It might even be a combination of several of the above, they may be interested in your time management so deliberately give you several tasks and make you pushed for time, then ask you to explain how you prioritised - so do make sure when you are given the task you read through the full instructions very carefully. A common mistake is that people just dive in with task 1 of 5 and spend 3/4s of their time just on that whereas if they'd read through everything first there are more marks to be gained by ticking off some quick and easy jobs further down the list first...
