Sexist 'Careless' Job Ads

New to forum, and in a tough job market, hunting ad after ad with company behaviour the worst I have ever seen. Ghosted after interviews, no response when interest shown after responding to recruiters and then....sexism creeping into a job ad either through carelessness, 'Freudian slip' reflecting reality. Who knows. All I know is this one from 23/08/24 this week at Linked In, is a beauty. Good to know that 50% of the market is being excluded. No place in todays world. Proof read your ads or, maybe they did? Do others have recent ads they can share? I will also post the 'scammy' 'recruiters' who post job ads and then tout for CV writing services saying "if you go to xxxx, the chance of being on my shortlist are good..". Pathetic.

I just found another sexist ad. Worldline on Linked In 27-08-24, with again, 'He'. Who writes these ads and how in todays age can they just post them without actually thinking? Two ads in the space of a few days. Wow....
