I am sitting on B2 (HEO Position) reserve list for the past 2 months and have not heard back until now. I am really excited for that particular role and Civil Service. What can I expect now? The problem is that my current VISA will expire on 19th December this year and it would be difficult for them to sponsor my VISA post this date due to the VISA changes made by UK Government this April. What should I do? Is there still a possibility for an offer in the next month or so? How is the recruitment going now in Civil and specially Scottish Government Civil if anyone has any idea?
