Can anyone advise firstly, if this is possible with older experience in HE and, if so, how the jeff do you do it? I had some experience working in HE a few years ago, but not loads.
My background is in learning design and I've lost count of the number of roles I've applied for and never been shortlisted. I spend hours exactly aligning my experience to the PS and JD, explaining why I'd be suitable for the role and so on and get nowhere.
Can anyone advise what HE professional services (digital/support) might be looking for please? As people may know, there's often no word limit to the personal statements, so I try be as concise as possible in 2-3 sides.
