Redact personal information on CV

I'm applying for a job which is part online application, but also needs a CV uploaded. They've asked me to to redact any personal information to prevent discrimination in the hiring process.

What would this be? I don't have my DOB on it, but the years of my work history and qualifications would give my rough age away anyway - they also say to give a complete work history leaving no gaps so I assume dates are needed to show no gaps. The only other things I can think of are my first name and title. So would I put A Jones instead of Miss Annie Jones?

There's no guidelines about what to redact so it's left me a bit unsure.

I'd maybe redact to past 5 years of jobs or have a Google for unbiased cv reading ?

I would just redact name, contact numbers, emails address, postal address and possibly names of schools or universities attended but leave qualifications and work history.

Thanks both of you.

Apparently I can't redact to 5 years as they need a full work history. Plus, I've only worked one year in the past 5 due to being a SAHM. But I didn't realise that it was an actual thing and when I've googled it, it's very confusing! Some sites say to redact all dates, names of all employers and names of all educational establishments.

So it'd be a list of qualifications, job roles and responsibilities, any associated skills/CPD, but no dates or place names? That's so unfamiliar to me and I'm not even used with writing a CV at all, never mind one like this! My previous sector was very much an application form/supporting statement type process, not CV based.
