Hello

I'm looking for a comfortable mesh office chair with adjustable height / headrest for DD who is 11 years old and a shade over 5 ft in height. I have a refurbished Herman Muller Aeron chair myself but that cost me about £500 which I can't afford at the moment, and even so it isn't as comfortable as the original Aeron chairs I have in my office.

Something within £300 or so with an adjustable head rest would be great so that she can use it for a few years. I tried chairs at Ikea - not v comfy. Is Flexispot any good?

Got a great one from John Lewis, it's super comfy. Still fairly pricey though

Sorry, posted too soon. Have used it for At least 12 months wfh and no back or other problems.
Have aeron in the office and prefer this as it's narrower and more comfy

Ikea. Mon has been great since lockdown.

Thanks @TreadSoftlyOnMyDreams I looked up the chair - doesn't have a mesh seat. I think a mesh seat will be more comfortable esp in warm weather / sitting for long periods.

It's important to try out a chair before you buy it, I have bought this chair https://www.johnlewis.com/humanscale-diffrient-world-task-office-chair/white/p4127139?s_ppc=2dx92700079681389456_brand_mixed_BAU&tmad=c&tmcampid=2&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwzva1BhD3ARIsADQuPnUwXYZzpw9lfGnkLylsuzWK0nu-r14aWYbZz4UnasVOozqZTj_pBtsaAoH3EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
second hand on ebay after trying it out in John Lewis - I think it's very comfortable - but that matters not - your dd has to find it comfortable.

And it has a mesh seat option - we have both, no big difference

How about a Hermaan Miller Sayl chair? It's also designed for 'smaller' people.
