How you respond to the question ‘What would success look like for you in a senior management role?’ my brain has frozen 😒

Just to check… is it a senior management job you’re going for?

If so…

a happy, productive and developing team

Achieving… whatever seems relevant

Ideally excelling to achieve… relevant stretch goal

And personally, you’d like to do… relevant stretch thing. Raising your profile with speaking opportunities or something that’s a bit extra to the day job.

Tbh if you are going for a Senior Management role you shouldn't need help on this answer.

Well it really is about what success would look like for YOU. Don't say something generic that others can come up with or you think they want to hear. Focus on your vision and goals and the steps you'd take to embed them.

Good staff retention and low absence rates

What sector is it ? We talk about an enabling a culture of continuous learning and defensible decision making for teams ….. blah blah …. but depends on the type of work really.

Haha, no probs, I love ChatGPT. It's brilliant for this kind of corporate chat when you just need a starter to re-write in your own words. You can also post the entire job spec in and ask it for likely interview questions which is good for practising your answers.
