How do I deal with this work situation?

I work half days at work but the rest of the team work full days but I don't feel that my workload reflects this.
I constantly feel overwhelmed with the amount of jobs I have to do and feel bad if I don't complete them before my shift finishes.
I have spoke to my team leader asking for some jobs to be allocated to other staff, one job that I do has now been shared between myself and another member of staff she does it on Tuesday (which is my day off) and I do it on Friday, however she is not doing it so the job is still just me doing it.
I am starting to feel anxious about going to work and feel anxious when at work.

Could you ask your manager what he'd expect you to do if you were full time?

ie if,say, you stack shelves, he says you'd be expected to do 3 pallets then you could say well I work 50% of full time hours so that means you expect me to do 50% of 3 pallets ie 1.5 pallets?Or whatever.

Basically turn it round so he can see his expectations are too high.

Is there anyone else in a different branch of your employer who works part time that you could ask what amount of tasks they do?

Or perhaps it could be helpful to write down everything the others do in a day and then write down what you do. So there is a comparison and he can see that it's unrealistic to continue to expect you to do so much?

Make sure you also get whatever breaks you are entitled to, if any. Employers tend to forget those.

I had a similar situation when I worked school hours, got the same amount of work as full timers but had less time to complete it and less pay. The only way I resolved it was by changing my hours to work three full days and have two non working days. I would never work short days again.
