Hey Mumsnet! Does anyone here work with Unite or has been involved with them in the past? I have an interview with them on Monday and trying to prep beforehand. Any general tips, advice, intel greatly appreciated. I've always wanted to work for a union so trying to be resourceful about prepping beforehand.
It you work there or have done in the past and can think of any infor that might be useful beforehand please do share or PM me.
If you are a member - what are your experiences, why did you join and what do you think could be improved?
If you are a rep - again what are the pros and in your opinion could anything be improved or adapted?
Anyone else - open to hearing your own experiences or that of your colleagues, friends or families.
Thanks x
