Enhanced maternity pay - what do your companies do?

Hi guys, I am fairly fresh back from maternity leave with my first baby and have come back into a 'People' focused role. I work in the wealth management industry and consider myself lucky in that I am offered an enhanced maternity pay package for my long service. As part of my people role, I have been tasked with updating our company policies, one of which is maternity leave. Whilst our policy isn't awful, it certainly doesn't seem to be inline with many of our peers. My question to those in the wealth management / investment management / insurance industry is, what does your enhanced maternity pay look like? Thank you!

6 months full pay here

A year fully paid. It's a new thing, and not enough to entice me to have more children!

6 months full pay here too, although when I first had a child it was only 8 weeks full pay!
