Family Practitioner role

I am hopeful that I will get an interview for a Family Practitioner role within a LA Childrens Service as I have what they are asking for as regards qualifications and experience. Does anyone have experience of typical interview questions?

I am thinking:

. What challenges do you foresee and how could these be overcome?

. What strengths do you have to navigate the challenges?

. How would you begin to build rapport with the families?

. How would you manage and assess their needs?

I am sure there must be a hundred more questions they could ask

I'd imagine there would be a safeguarding scenario question e.g. you have concerns re; a family on your caseload's home safety or signs of neglect/abuse/domestic abuse. What would you do?
Good luck

Thanks..yes there will definitely be safeguarding questions and I can imagine incorporating safeguarding in most of my answers even if they don’t use it in the questions

☺️ thanks again
