Toxic Environment

I work in an organisation which has an incredibly toxic environment. Out of 40 employees, about 30 have left in the past year. I have never been in an atmosphere like it. The problem is the management (who have remained the same). No-one (including the trustees) seems that bothered. They just recruit more people.
i can’t see what the management team get out of bullying, back stabbing and undermining the staff until they leave?

Bullies tend to drive out decent people and retain like minded cliques. The bullies either manage out or drive out people who challenge them. It's always down to bad management. I advise you to leave.

Apparently, I am completely useless. I have said that I would be more than happy to leave and that I had other work .. which I do. They guilt tripped me into staying. They made it all about them and how they are trying to keep everyone happy and keep the company going. I thought that they would be happy to let me go but, they said that they need me and really want me to stay.

Funnily enough, they did ask if they thought that it was because I wasn’t worth what they were paying me! Er… no!

However, they have carried on undermining and bullying me. Not sure what they are playing at!??!!

I wouldn't worry about analysing it, I would look for another job.
