Company not deducting NI/ PAYE etc

I've recently been hired as the first UK employee of a foreign company. They have a registered company here that I'm hired under.

I've just received my first payslip and there are no deductions for PAYE/NI or anything. I've just received my salary into my account as expected.

Is this my problem or theirs? I'm a salaried permanent employee, not a contractor.

Should I contact HMRC? Not really sure what to do next.

I'd contact payroll first, and see what they say. __
