ET - now what?

I made a number of claims against my former employer for disability discrimination and unfair dismissal.

The tribunal service informed me that the respondent did not submit their defence, nor asked for an extension.

It has been over a week since the respondent should have sent their response by, so I don’t know what to do.

What happens now?

I m currently going through the same thing and my solicitor has submit default judgment request and also submit scheduled of loss. I believe this is the next step you have to do.

Thank you. I think I had already submitted a schedule of loss when I first put my claim in. I’ll do a second one, just in case.

Is the default judgement the Rule 21?

Best of luck to you
