What's your employee benefits package?

Curious as to what sort of company benefits people get as part of their compensation package and whether it influenced your decision to do that job - it might be helpful to include sector and seniority.

I have a senior role at a small, not-for-profit/academic entity and get the legal minimum pension, statutory maternity leave, plus 30 days holiday (bank holidays on top). My role is very flexible and wfh/hybrid which is a benefit for me, but obviously doesn't carry any actual financial value.

I get to turn up, work my arse off and in turn, they don't sack me and give me average wage.

When I started we just got paid plus tea and coffee, but it was flexible hours (no WFH). So no it didn't really influence me. Now we have share options, pension, life assurance, private health, corporate gym membership. Still no WFH but no one wants it so that's fine.
