Has anyone experienced a lazy co worker who is a friend of the boss? Would love to know how you resolved the issue. There is meant to be 3 of us doing a mix of our allocated workload and then all should be completing works from shared mailboxes and a CMS. He also forgets so much and leaves us to clear up his mistakes Two of us work really hard but the third got the job as they know the boss. We have been raising concerns for over a month but nothing changes they just say they are monitoring it and he is a nice person. We are all on the same salary but it feels like he is protected by his association. Is it a lost cause I wonder? Anyone dealt with something similar? Thanks
