Hello I currently work for an agency for around 30 hours each weeks but the days that I do vary.
I am doing jury service at the end of August and have received a letter telling me to bring form 5332D on my first day so that I can claim for loss of earnings as the agency won't be paying me.
However, the agency is insistent that they can only fill the form out after the jury service has ended.
Am I correct in thinking that they need to fill out the form now and not after I have done jury service?
