Hello, I’m 6 months pp and I’m forgetting commitments. It was just annoying when I was vaguing out and forgetting to attend an apt or online class that I knew I needed to do just hours earlier in that day. Now I’m starting to forget shifts.
Today’s shift was in my digital calendar (but never made it onto the paper one). If you asked me if I had work on the 28th I’d have said yes and told you what the job was going to be but it’s like somehow I’ve lost where I am in relation to dates and time passing. This morning I didn’t check my calendar because I’d convinced myself last time I checked I had nothing on this weekend. I really don’t want to keep dropping balls like this, any advice, send it my way!
