I want someone who's confident and doesn't easily get upset - the sales team will get angry with you, you'll just have to take it.
We want someone who's fresh, young and enthusiastic - we don't like old people in our team, you'll be asked to design all our office procedures and you'll be monitoring the team for slackers you'll be given 3 months at minimum wage I'll either sack you or if I'm happy I'll pay you a little bit more.
There's a lot of banter in the office - it's not prejudice
