i have had a lot of stress the last 2 years at work and i am going through the menopause my manager has always been rude and controlling lots of meetings and investigations about my standard of work as a cleaner in a collage been in this job for 8 years he has been manager for 2 years we have always started our shifts between 5/30 and 6 am for 3 hours i start at 5/40 the earliest bus gets me there for that time now my manager is saying we have to start at 5/30 i contacted HR who said those hours are contracted i read my contract and it says the times we work are at the discretion of our manager im really worried i will loose my job because i can't get public transport any earlier than 5/17 which gets me there for 5/40 this has never been an issue with previous managers and other cleaner's also arrive between 5/30 and 6 any advice would be great i am with the union my rep will be back in office on Monday i dont want to worry about it all weekend 😞
