I need assistance, please.

I am 41 years old with a BA in International Relations (2:1) and an MA in Theory & Practice of Human Rights (Merit).

I graduated in 2020, having experienced significant delays in my education due to a serious, life-changing accident that prevented me from completing my studies for a long time.

Since graduating in 2020, my work experience includes:

  • Customer Service Representative at a private company (July 2021 - March 2022)
  • Transferred to another company under TUPE for the same role (April 2022 - March 2023), where I was made redundant
  • Customer Service Advisor at an insurance company (February 2023 - March 2023), which I left voluntarily
  • Customer Service Advisor at another private company (March 2023 - November 2023)

All these roles involved working for companies that handle outsourced customer service contracts for organizations such as DWP, HMPO, Student Loans, and NHS.

I have been searching for a job since November, aiming for a better-paying position with higher status. However, it has been challenging.

Could you please suggest intermediate or high-level job opportunities where I can transfer my customer service skills and experience with the mentioned organizations* & roles above *

I have tried, but unfortunately failed, to secure a position through the Civil Service Fast Stream.
