I have a question about leaving my job at the NHS. I work 15 hours a week and have been back at work for 1 month. I'm considering leaving due to childcare arrangements, and I'm waiting for a reply from HR. I know that I have to repay the OMP back because I've only been back for 1 month out of the 3 months required to avoid repayment. I'm a bit confused about how to calculate the amount I owe. Each payslip shows different amounts of OMP, so I'm not sure if I need to repay the total amount or just some of it. Can anyone help me figure this out? As I'm on a time limit, I need to let childcare know what I'm doing on Monday! I swear they design these things to be intentionally confusing, so you just end up returning! 😂
