Do you speak to people in uniform - ie Railway staff, post office staff etc differently, because you know they can't tell you to fcuk off? Just that basically - overheard a conversation today between a neighbour and the postie - and basically he should have told her to fcuk off as she spoke to him like the lowest of the low.
