I am struggling to find work given that I am a woman of a certain age who was made redundant last year.
Over 30 years of business experience. In the past few years I have always been the 'go to' people person for handling difficult employees. It's not always been easy, but I am quite good at it: business-minded but empathetic.
I'm thinking of offering a business solution that
- helps businesses have difficult conversations
- trains people to have those conversations
- manages those conversations - PIPs or dismissal
- provides the under-performing individual support to perform better or exit the business
Would your business find this useful?
I am also doing other research, but thought I'd ask the Mumsnet people too
